The Rules


We only allow a set number of accounts from one location. If this number is exceeded your accounts will be investigated and possibly removed. We have an automated security system to keep track of this information, and all new account info is logged. It is illegal for one person to have multiple accounts. Only one account is allowed per person, PERIOD. It is illegal for more than one person to use or share the same account. You are more than welcome to each participate in the Ladder, but you will have to create separate accounts for each individual playing. Should this situation apply to you in any way, please notify the Head Admin immediately.

Every player must have a valid email account. A valid email account is necessary in order to receive your initial activation code at sign up, for staff to be able to contact you in case of a problem or if another player wished to issue a formal challenge. You are able to opt out of league newsletters and tournament bux notification emails via the My Account link on the left menu if you wish to minimize emails you receive.


BASIC TOURNAMENT RULES:

Please be in the game room 5 minutes before the start of a tournament

Be courteous to the TD hosting the tournament and the other players. This includes non league members in the game room. Staff members will handle any issues in the room. Players should avoid involvment and mute disruptive non league players.

Make sure you pay attention to the rules when the TD announces them. We play many different games, so the rules for each game will be announced by the TD at the start of the tournament. If you are unclear of the rules, please ask! It is your responsibility to make sure you follow the rules of the tournament.

Everyone is here to have fun! Everyone has a bad day, but it is expected that all attitudes be checked at the door!

Any player causing excessive distruption to other league players in a tournament or in any of our game rooms will potentially be subjected to further action. This may be simply a warning, placement in the league penalty box or in extreme cases, removal from the league entirely.

A player blatantly demonstrating unsportsmanlike behavior will be subject to a 5 day league suspension. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving a tournament because you're losing or excessive rudeness to other players, TDs or Admins. Please contact any Admin with any issues that need to be addressed immediately.

DISQUALIFICATION RULES:

If you are booted from a game for any reason, when feasible you will have either 5 minutes to return or to the end of the round. Not all games played allow for a 5 minute timer. If you fail to return in time, you will be DQ'd for that round.

During table games, you will have 3 opportunities to set your table properly or to be seated at the designated opponent's table. If you are unable to take your position in the allotted timeframe, you will be disqualified. This is not to be mean! Please keep in contact with the TD's to let them know if you are having trouble.

Boxing and Banning Rules:

Cursing out a Member/Host/Others
Provoked=both parties= 1st time= 2 days box
Unprovoked=Offender= 1st time= 3 days box

Noone should report anyone else's stats in lobby. If you have a problem with someone else's stats, talk to the TD in private chat. If you report another person's stats in open chat, that is the same as calling someone a cheater. It is up to the TD only to verify stats and make decisions regarding the tourney, and to be fair to everyone. If this happens,
1st time= 3 days boxed
Arguing with the Host in the lobby= 3 days box
ANY Lobby disruption/refusal to stop= 7 days box
Unsportsman like conduct= 3 days box

All Offenses
2nd time= 5 added days
3rd time= Banned from the league
Offenses to be added as needed

ALL Offenses that are taken upon action when problems with staff or administrators.
1st Time = 5 days
2nd Time = 10 days
3rd Time = 20 days or Administrators Decision upon actions

We the Administration Team reserve the RIGHT to BYPASS the above and BAN any Member as NEEDED.

ALL RULES APPLY TO EVERYONE ON THE LEAGUE.
